Guyver like creature called 'Tekki' if I remember correctly.
I drew this for a friend years ago and it's been sitting on my computer until today when I started to clean off my hard drive. All I remember is he has those weird tattoos that can act as a weapon, so I turned them into those tendril like whip thingies in the background.
I can't even remember who I drew it for @_@ thats how long ago I drew the darn thing.
